I’m Eliot Morales, the proud founder of EagServ Construction, a family-owned local business dedicated to building high-quality fences and decks in Asheville and throughout Western North Carolina.

Our Story
I grew up in Guatemala with my grandparents, as my father worked in the U.S. and my mother passed away when I was only one year old. These circumstances taught me courage, resilience, and the drive to seek a better future for myself and my family.
At a young age, I began learning carpentry while helping my uncle in his workshop in Guatemala. That’s where I took my first steps in construction, gaining experience with tools and wooden structures. Later, when I came to the U.S., I had the opportunity to work alongside my father, further strengthening my skills.
The idea of starting my own business was always present. After overcoming various challenges, I decided to take the leap and establish my own company. Although it hasn’t been an easy journey, EagServ Construction was born with a clear purpose: to ensure my family’s well-being and give back to the community by creating jobs.
Over the years, I’ve experienced significant personal and professional growth. Everything we’ve accomplished has been made possible thanks to God’s guidance and the support of those who have trusted us.
